Business Hub Asia is hiring a Property Management Specialist to oversee property operations, drive occupancy, and ensure seamless service across short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.

As part of our Real Estate & Hospitality services, we provide end-to-end property management solutions to support investors, developers, and business travelers throughout the region.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain listings across platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and similar.
• Coordinate guest bookings, inquiries, and calendar availability.
• Supervise the check-in/check-out experience and ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Oversee cleaning, maintenance, and vendor communications.
• Analyze property performance and develop strategies to boost occupancy.
• Monitor guest reviews and proactively resolve service issues.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality control across all locations.
• Provide regular reporting to stakeholders and suggest operational improvements.

What You Bring:

• Experience in property management, hospitality, or travel tech platforms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with short-term rental platforms and property operations software.
• A service mindset with the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Marketing awareness to optimize listings and pricing.
• Fluency in English; other Southeast Asian languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as needed.
